Loreal Neon Nail Varnish

Who can say no to a brand new nail varnish? A pristine brush and the perfect consistancy. Im pretty sure I might have a nail varnish in almost every colour existing. The first thing that attracted me to these cute little nail varnishes was the packaging. The combination of the gold top and slim bottle makes the nail varnish seem and feel more expensive then the £2.99 price tag. Ive always been scepticle to the true 'neon' claims that many brands put on their nail varnish, but found that I was plesently suprised with the out come. I decided to pick up the two that I knew would fit right in to my collection, the purple and the pink. Typical girl I hear you say!

Out of the two, I would hav to say that the purple is my winner. It is slightly thinner consistency then then pink but after two to three coats you get a lovely build up of colour. I will however add that it dries quite matte and isn't glossy like the pink. This doesn't dissappoint me in any way as I would naturally put a top coat on top.

Next is the pink 'Acid Watermelon' in many blog posts I've seen it referred to as a 'Barbie Pink' but when I saw it in the bottle I had to disagree. However, once on the nail, this gorgeous girly almost neon barbie pink came to life.  I love it for its pop factor, and how it makes my fingers look. On the nails it really shines and proves it deserves a place in my collection.

Does anybody else enjoy neon nails at times too? x
